ارتقاء سامانه و بهینهسازی عملکرد دستگاه جداکننده دانه آفتابگردان
با توجه به هزینه بر و زمان بر بودن برداشت دستی و تلفات تا حدود 46 درصد هنگام برداشت آفتابگردان با کمباین، روش نیمه مکانیزه برای جداسازی دانه از طبق با دستگاه مورد پژوهش انتخاب شد. در این پژوهش دستگاه جداکننده دانه آفتابگردان ساخته شده توسط جهانی (1393) به واحد بوجاری مجهز گردید و راندمان جداسازی از طریق بهبود تنظیمات دستگاه ارتقا یافت. آزمایشها در سرعت دورانی استوانههای جداکننده در چهار سطح (300، 450، 510 و 600 دور بر دقیقه) و محتوای رطوبت دانه در چهار سطح (7، 15، 20 و 27 درصد بر پایه خشک) با سه تکرار انجام شد. سپس مقادیر درصد جدایش دانهها از طبق، درصد تمیزی و درصد شکستگی محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر رطوبت و سرعت دورانی استوانهها و اثر متقابل این دو بر درصد جدایش در سطح احتمال 1% معنادار بود. اثر رطوبت بر درصد تمیزی در سطح 1% معنادار بود اما اثر سرعت دورانی استوانهها و اثر متقابل دو عامل بر درصد تمیزی معنادار نبود. اثر رطوبت و سرعت و اثر متقابل این دو عامل بر درصد شکستگی در سطح احتمال 1% معنادار بود. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش سرعت دورانی 600 دور بر دقیقه و محتوای رطوبت 20 درصد که حاصل آن مقدار درصد جدایش 6/94 و درصد شکستگی 27/0 بود به عنوان مقادیر بهینه برای سرعت و رطوبت پیشنهاد میگردد. در این سرعت و محتوای رطوبتی ظرفیت خروجی 268 کیلوگرم بر ساعت و درصد تمیزی 68 درصد بدست آمد.

بررسی اثر ورمیکمپوست، کودهای زیستی و نیتروژن بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) تحت شرایط مختلف رطوبتی
به منظور بررسی تأثیر ورمیکمپوست،کودهای زیستی و نیتروژن بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی بادرشبو تحت شرایط مختلف رطـوبتی، آزمایشـی بـه صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل آبیاری (I) در سه سطح 40، 60 و 80 درصد رطوبـت قابـل اسـتفاده در عمـق توسعه ریشه به عنوان فاکتور اول و حاصلخیزکنندههای خاک در پنج سطح: عدم مصرف کود (F0)، اوره (Ure) (150 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، باکتریهای آزادزی تثبیتکننده نیتروژن (NFB)، ورمیکمپوست (V)و ورمیکمپوست + باکتریهای آزادزی تثبیتکننده نیتروژن (V+NFB) به عنوان فاکتور دوم اعمال گردید. نتایج نشان داد تنش کمآبی منجر به کاهش معنیدار مقدار عناصر غذایی (روی، منگنز و مس) و رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی گردید، در حالیکه گیاهان تلقیح شده با V+NFB باعث افزایش معنیدار مقدار عناصر روی (Zn)، منگنز (Mn) و مس (Cu) نسبت به کاربرد جداگانه حاصلخیز کننده خاک گردید. همچنین کاربرد ترکیبی V+NFB موجب افزایش میزان کلروفیل a (45 %)، کلروفیل b (50 %)، کلروفیل کل (46 %) و کاروتنوئید (39 %) نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد. محتوای فنل کل، فلاونوئید، درصد مهار رادیکال DPPH ، درصد محتوای رطوبت نسبی و عملکرد خشک بوته بادرشبو به ترتیب منجر به افزایش 36، 37 ، 35 ، 29 و 31 درصد در شرایط آبیاری مطلوب و 31، 29 ،30 ، 21 و 23 درصد در شرایط تنش متوسط و 21، 19 ، 18، 17 و 17 درصد در شرایط تنش شدید در گیاهان تلقیح شده با V+NFB شد.

مقایسه کارایی دو سامانه ردهبندی آمریکایی و طبقهبندی جهانی در گروهبندی خاک-های با شرایط اقلیمی متفاوت در استان کرمان
این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه قابلیتها و برجسته کردن تفاوتها و شباهتهای بین دو سامانه ردهبندی آمریکایی و طبقهبندی جهانی در گروهبندی خاکرخهای مورد مطالعه در مناطق مختلف استان کرمان با شرایط اقلمیی متفاوت به انجام رسید. به این منظور تعداد یازده خاکرخ شاهد، انتخاب، تشریح و نمونهبرداری گردید و پس از انجام آزمایشهای فیزیکوشیمیایی معمول، ردهبندی آنها براساس سامانههای مزبور، نهایی شد. نتایج نشان داد که ردهبندی خاکها در مناطق کم ارتفاع بافت و رابر و منطقه رودبارجنوب و قلعهگنج با اقلیم خشک نسبتاً مشابه میباشد. اما در مناطق با ارتفاع بیشتر از 2000 متر بافت و رابر با اقلیم نیمهخشک تنوعی از خاکها مشاهده شد. بیشترین تفاوت این دو سامانه ردهبندی در خاکرخ سوم این منطقه بیانگر اهمیت افق کلسیک به آرجیک در سامانه طبقهبندی جهانی نسبت به سامانه ردهبندی آمریکایی بود. علاوه بر این، بیشترین تمایز این دو سامانه ردهبندی مربوط به منطقه جیرفت و عنبرآباد بود که طی سالهای نرمال، تغییر اقلیم باعث تفاوت در رژیم رطوبتی از یوستیک به اریدیک شده و این تغییر اقلیم باعث تفاوت در نامگذاری خاکها از آلفیسول و اینسپتیسول به اریدیسول شده است. در حالی که تغییر اقلیم در نامگذاری خاکها بر اساس سامانه طبقهبندی جهانی وارد نمی گردد، بنابراین تفاوتی در نامگذاری خاکها در این سامانه ایجاد نمیکند. نتایج ردهبندی خاکها بیانگر این بود که سامانه طبقهبندی جهانی در بیان وضعیت خاکهای مناطق مورد مطالعه از کارایی بیشتری برخوردار است.

سینماتیک سکو استوارت کارگیر سمپاش
در این تحقیق کارگیر ربات سمپاش مبتنی بر مکانیزم استوارت طراحی و ساخته شد که بتواند به کمک یک دستکار (بازوی مکانیکی رباتیک) عملیات سمپاشی داخل گلخانه را انجام دهد. این کارگیر سمپاش دارای شش درجه آزادی میباشد که بر اساس مکانیزم استوارت با محرکهای دورانی به کمک شش استپ موتور عملیات سمپاشی گیاه را انجام میدهد، کاراندازهای این مکانیزم با برد آردوینو و رلههای آن راهاندازی میگردند. در این روش به استپ موتورهای مذکور به صورت دو به دو در هر لحظه توسط میکروکنترلر فرمان داده میشود. این استپ موتورها حرکت خود را بوسیله بازو و رابطها به سکو متحرک انتقال میدهد، و این سکو در سه جهت مختلف زاویه پذیری پیدا میکند. با توجه به زاویه دوران بازوها، سکوی متحرک حداکثر زاویه 18 درجه با سطح افق پیدا میکند که این امر باعث میگردد در هنگام عملیات سمپاشی، سم بکار رفته با پوشش مناسب روی گیاه مورد نظر پاشیده شود. ارزیابی دقیق عملکرد کارگیر سمپاش و تعیین ارتفاع پاشش سم در فواص مختلف هنگام سمپاشی در محیط آزمایشگاه انجام گردید و مشخص شد در فاصله 5/0 متری از نازل، ارتفاع پاشش 100 سانتیمتر، در فاصله1 متری از نازل، ارتفاع پاشش 7/57 سانتی متر و در فاصله 5/1 متری، ارتفاع پاشش 12 سانتیمتر بود. طبق ارزیابی انجام شده عملیات پاشش در فاصله 5/0 متری از نازل در ارتفاع بیشتری نسبت به سایر فاصلهها انجام گردید.

اثر سیستم آبیاری و سطح کود نیتروژن بر توزیع نیترات در خاکرخ با استفاده از تکنیک ردیابی ایزوتوپ نیتروژن-15
بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر سیستم آبیاری و سطح کود نیتروژن بر الگوی توزیع نیترات در اعماق خاک، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی، بهصورت کرتهای دو بار خرد شده در سه تکرار در مزرعه پژوهشکده کشاورزی هسته-ای تحت کشت گوجهفرنگی انجام شد. سیستمهای آبیاری جویچهای و قطرهای (فاکتور اصلی)، تیمار کودی (100 و 200 Kg ha-1) از منبع کود اوره (فاکتور فرعی اول) و عمق نمونهبرداری( 15، 30 و60 سانتیمتر)، (فاکتور فرعی دوم) بودند. جهت ردیابی نیتروژن، از کود اوره نشاندار استفاده شد. سه عصارهگیر در اعماق 15، 30 و 60 سانتیمتر در کرتچه ایزوتوپی نصب و عصارهگیری صورت گرفت. غلظت نیترات محلول خاک توسط دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر و نسبت ایزوتوپی نیتروژن-15 به نیتروژن-14، توسط دستگاه اسپکترومتر جرمی اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد مقدار نیترات در سیستم کودآبیاری قطرهای و آبیاری جویچهای در سطح کود 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار و عمق 60 سانتیمتر بهترتیب 73/1 و 90/44 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. از مجموع نیتروژن نیتراتی موجود در لایه 60-0 سانتیمتر در سیستم کودآبیاری قطرهای(62، 29 و 9 درصد) و آبیاری جویچهای(10، 34 و 56 درصد)، بهترتیب در اعماق 15، 30 و 60 سانتیمتر مشاهده شد. دادههای نیتروژن-15 نشان داد که از مجموع نیتروژن نیتراتی در سیستم کودآبیاری قطرهای (20 و 80 درصد) و آبیاری جویچهای، (77 و 23 درصد) بهترتیب از منبع کود نشاندار نیتروژن-15 و منبع خاک بود. سیستم کودآبیاری قطرهای و سطح کودی 100 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار، بهعنوان بهترین روش آبیاری و بهترین سطح کودی مناسب از جهت کاهش تلفات آبشویی نیترات در شرایط این تحقیق بود.

ارزیابی پارامترهای توزیع اندازه ذرات و منافذ یک خاک درشت بافت با استفاده از پرتونگاری مقطعی اشعه ایکس (CBCT-scan)
علم پردازش تصویر، از علوم پرکاربرد در فنون مهندسی میباشد و از دیرباز مطالعات و تحقیقات گستردهای در این زمینه صورت گرفته و پیشرفتهای فراوانی حاصل شدهاست. سرعت پایین و مخرب بودن روشهای رایج قبلی اهمیت استفاده از تکنیک پردازش تصویر در محاسبه منافذ و توزیع اندازه ذرات را دوچندان میکند. در این تحقیق شش نمونه خاک دستخورده و شش نمونه دستنخورده درشت بافت (Sandy) نمونهبرداری شد. با استفاده از نمونههای دستخورده منحنی دانهبندی و تخلخل کل با روشهای معمول آزمایشگاهی اندازهگیری شد. از نمونههای دستنخورده هم تصاویر سیبی سیتی اسکن در آزمایشگاه عکسبرداری تهیه شد و پس از پردازش تصاویر ویژگیهای دانهبندی، تخلخل کل، تخلخل غیرمفید و مفید این نمونهها تعیین شد. صحتسنجی نتایج ویژگیهای تخمین زده شده با روش پردازش تصاویر سیبی سیتی اسکن نسبت به دادههای به دستآمده از روشهای آزمایشگاهی، با پارامترهای آماری مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بین داده آزمایشگاهی و دادههای اخذ شده از پردازش تصاویر سیبی سیتی اسکن 98/0 میباشد. نتایج ارزیابی صحت نشان داد (082/1، 229/1، 108/1 و 334/2 به ترتیب برای میانگین قدرمطلق انحرافات، میانگین مربعات خطا، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا، میانگین درصد خطای مطلق) که استفاده از تصاویر CBCT-scan و تکنیک پردازش تصویر با دقت قابل قبولی میتواند ویژگیهای هندسی خاکهای درشت بافت را تخمین بزند. همچنین نتایج نشان دادند که بهترین روش آستانهگذاری تصاویر برای پردازش تصاویر در نرم افزار Imagej روشOstu & Intermodes تعیین شد.

تأثیر استفاده ازکمپوست غنی شده با ضایعات آهن و خاک فسفات بر ویژگیهای رشدی گیاه گوجهفرنگی
به منظور مطالعه تأثیر کمپوست غنی شده با ضایعات آهن و خاک فسفات بر گیاه گوجهفرنگی، آزمایشی گلدانی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها در 27 واحد آزمایشی شامل کمپوست غنی شده با ضایعات آهن در سه سطح 0، 5 و 20 درصد و کمپوست غنی شده با خاک فسفات در سه سطح 0، 5 و 10 درصد در نظر گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد بیشترین ارتفاع گیاه در تیمار 20 درصد غنیسازی آهن به همراه 10 درصد غنیسازی فسفر به میزان 9/57 سانتیمتر، مشاهده گردید. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که افزایش سطح غنیسازی آهن از صفر به 20 درصد باعث افزایش 4/42 درصدی وزن خشک اندام هوایی گیاه گردید که این اثر در مورد غنیسازی فسفر 9/24 درصد گزارش شد. در تیمار 20 درصد غنیسازی آهن، اضافه شدن 5 درصد فسفر در مقایسه با تیمار عدم غنیسازی فسفر، وزن خشک اندام هوایی را 23 درصد افزایش داد. اثرات متقابل غنیسازی همزمان کمپوست، باعث افزایش غلظت عناصر فسفر (3/2 برابر)، پتاسیم (14 درصد) و آهن (45 درصد) در اندام هوایی گیاه گردید. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده غنیسازی 20 درصد آهن به همراه 5 درصد فسفر، تیمار مناسبی خواهد بود که علاوه بر بهبود مؤلفههای رشدی گیاه، مانع از جذب لوکس میگردد. لذا استفاده از ضایعات و ترکیبات ارزانقیمت به عنوان غنیساز علاوه بر افزایش بهرهوری از این مواد میتواند با افزایش کیفیت کود آلی، به ارتقای شرایط تغذیهای و بهبود عملکرد گیاه، منجر شود.
