بهینهسازی عملکرد یک خشککن ترکیبی (سیستم خلاء-مادون قرمز) در فرآیند تولید پودر قارچ دکمهای خوراکی
در این پژوهش اثر متغیرهای خشککردن به شیوه خلائی- مادون قرمز شامل دمای هوای داخل محفظه و فشار خلأ بر خواص حرارتی (ضریب انتشار مؤثر رطوبت و انرژی مصرفی خشککردن) ورقههای قارچ دکمهای و شیمیایی (محتوای فنل کل) و کیفی (شاخصهای رنگ نهایی ∆L*، ∆a* و b*∆) پودر قارچ دکمهای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. فرآیند خشککردن نمونهها در سه سطح دمایی 40، 55 و °C 70 و سه سطح فشار خلأ 20، 40 و kPa 60 صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری دادهها و بهینهسـازی فرآیند خشککردن با استفاده از روش سطح پاسخ انجام شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دمای محفظه، نرخ تبخیر رطوبت بافت افزایش یافت که منجربه کاهش زمان خشکشدن لایههای نازک قارچ دکمهای خوراکی با خشککن خلائی- مادون قرمز شد. افزایش دمای هوای محفظه بر ضریب انتشار مؤثر رطوبت ورقههای قارچ دکمهای اثر مثبت و بر انرژی ویژه مصرفی خشککردن اثر منفی داشت. افزایش دما سبب افزایش اختلاف بین شاخصهای رنگ L* ،a* و b* پودر قارچ دکمهای نسبت به قارچ تازه شد. نقطه بهینه خشککردن قارچ دکمهای در دمای °C40 و فشار خلأ kPa 823/40 به دست آمد. مقدار بهینه متغیرهای مستقل شامل ضریب انتشار مؤثر رطوبت، انرژی ویژه مصرفی خشککردن، محتوای فنل کل و شاخصهای رنگ نهایی L*∆ ، *∆a و*b∆ به ترتیب برابر با m2/s 9-10×06/3،MJ/kg 1088، mg/g 76/2، 28/15، 55/2 و 26/9 به دست آمدند. نتایج نشان داد که خشککردن تحت دمای پایینتر و فشار خلأ متوسط سبب افزایش شاخص مطلوبیت گردید. قابلیت جریانپذیری پودر قارچ دکمهای خوراکی خوب گزارش شد.

ارزیابی تاثیر سه مادهی بهساز بر قابلیت کربن اندوزی و دیگر ویژگیهای خاک و اندام های مختلف گندم
این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر سه ماده بهساز بقایای یونجه، کاه و کلش گندم و کود مرغی بر مقدار کربناندوزی و مقدار کربن اندام گیاهی و خاک و برخی ویژگیهای خاک در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 11 تیمار ( 2، 4 و 6 تن در هکتار کود مرغی، 5، 10 و 15 تن در هکتار بقایای یونجه، 10 و 15 تن در هکتار کاه و کلش گندم، 100 درصد نیاز کودی و شاهد) و سه تکرار و در مجموع 33 نمونه، در مزرعهای واقع در دشت ارمو، شهرستان دره شهر در استان ایلام اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد مقدار کربناندوزی و مقدار کربن در اندام هوایی گیاه نسبت به ریشه بیشتر بود. بیشترین مقدار کربناندوزی و مقدار کربن در گیاه و بیشترین مقدار فسفر خاک در تیمار 6 تن در هکتار کود مرغی و بیشترین مقدار کربناندوزی و مقدار کربن خاک در تیمار 15 تن در هکتار کاه و کلش گندم مشاهده شد. مقدار نیتروژن و پتاسیم در خاک به ترتیب 47 و 64 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش نشان داد. با افزودن مواد بهساز به خاک، مقادیر pH و EC کاهش یافت و بیشترین مقدار در تیمار شاهد و کمترین در تیمار 15 تن در هکتار کاه و کلش گندم مشاهده شد که به ترتیب 4/4 و 8/50 درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش داشتند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگر این است که مقدار کربناندوزی در خاک نسبت به گیاه بیشتر بوده و خاک مهمترین مخزن کربن محسوب میشود.

بررسی تناسب محیطی برای تیپ بهره وری چغندرقند با استفاده از سیستم تصمیم میکرولیز، مطالعه موردی: منطقه خداآفرین آذربایجان شرقی
مطالعه و برنامهریزی برای افزایش تولید در واحد سطح برای محصولات استراتژیک ضروری است که در این راستا ارزیابی تناسب محیطی از گامهای اصلی میباشد. مطالعه حاضر جهت ارزیابی تناسب کشت چغندرقند در منطقه خداآفرین استان آذربایجانشرقی با استفاده از مدلهای سامانه میکرولیز و طی بررسی عوامل محیطی 11 واحد اراضی انجام شد تا ضمن ارزیابی تناسب منطقه برای تیپ بهرهوری مذکور قابلیت استفاده از مدلهای سیستم میکرولیز نیز مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. براساس مدل ترازا، کاهش 20 تا 40 درصد تولید چغندرقند در اثر اختلال اقلیمی قابل پیشبینی است. نتایج حاصل از مدل سرواتانا نشان داد که محدودیتهای متنوعی از زمیننما منجر به کاهش کلاس اراضی از تناسب متوسط تا شرایط نامناسب شده که بحرانیترین عامل محدودیت عمق خاک است. براساس مدل آلماگرا کلاسبندی تناسب اراضی منطقه برای چغندرقند بهصورت کلاسهای S2 تا S5 بود که شایعترین مشکل محدودیت بافت و محدود کنندهترین مورد عامل عمق خاک در برخی واحدها است. براساس نتایج مستخرج از مدلها حدود 98/82 درصد از اراضی دارای توجیه برای کشت چغندرقند میباشد و کشت در 62/7 درصد اراضی همراه با افزایش هزینهها بوده و در مابقی اراضی وضعیت کاملاً نامناسب است. اصلاح اراضی در بخش کوچکی منجر به بهبود کلاس شده و با توجه به محدودیتهای موجود عمدتاً تغییر زیرکلاسها را در پی خواهد داشت. با توجه به تعریف اراضی و نیز جهت کاهش هزینههای ارزیابی، استفاده سلسله مراتبی از مدلهای مورد بحث توصیه و کالیبره بودن مدلهای مذکور با توجه به محدوده مقادیر خصوصیات مورد بررسی برای استفاده در این منطقه تأیید میشود.

بررسی اثر آلودگی شیمیایی ناشی از سمپاشی مزرعه بر رفتار زنبور عسل با استفاده از تکنیک های داده کاوی
سمپاشیهای صورت گرفته در مزارع برای مبارزه با آفات از جمله مشکلاتی است که زندگی زنبورهای عسل و عملکرد آنها را تهدید میکند. بنابراین در پژوهش حاضر شرایط درونی کندو با استفاده از تجهیز آن به حسگرهای ارتعاش، دما، رطوبت و دی اکسیدکربن طی مدت 72 ساعت از زمان سمپاشی مزارع بررسی شد. با توجه به آنالیز ضرائب مل، آفتکش سبب افزایش 100 واحدی شدت در محدوده فرکانسی 1800 تا 2200 هرتز شد. به علاوه با توجه به اطلاعات بهدست آمده از دیگر حسگرها، دما تحت شرایط نامساعد (وجود آفتکش پریمیکارب (پریمور) wp50% در فضا) نسبت به شرایط نرمال از 35 به 39 درجه سلسیوس، میزان دی اکسید کربن از 450 به 530 پی پی ام و رطوبت حدود 10 درصد افزایش یافت. به منظور طبقهبندی ویژگیهای استخراج شده تحت هر دو شرایط (شرایط آلوده به سموم شیمیایی و شرایط بدون آلودگی) ابتدا با استفاده از آنالیز مؤلفههای اصلی انتخاب ویژگی صورت پذیرفت و 6 مؤلفه با حداقل خطای میانگین مربعات 078/0 انتخاب شدند. پس از انتخاب ویژگیها، طبقهبندی ویژگیهای منتخب با استفاده از ماشین بردار پشتیبان با کرنلهای مختلف ( RBF، خطی، چندجملهای، کوادراتیک، سیگموئید) انجام شد که کرنل RBF دو شرایط غیرآلوده و آلوده به آفتکش را بهترتیب با 100% و 90% دقت تشخیص داد. به طور کلی از بین حسگرهای مورد استفاده در سامانه هوشمند، حسگر ارتعاش بهترین نتیجه را به منظور تشخیص شرایط نامساعد کندو در بر داشت.

در فرآیند کاشت بهوسیله خطیکارها، بهدلیل مشکلاتی نظیر خرابیهای سامانههای توزیع بذر، گرفتگی لولههای بذر، خالی شدن محفظه بذر و موارد مشابه عدم کاشت بذرها میتواند بهطور گسترده اتفاق بیافتد. سامانه پایش عملکرد خطیکار با ارائه بازخوردی برخط از وضعیت کاری قسمتهای مختلف خطیکار، بازده عملیات کاشت را تا حد مطلوبی بهبود میدهد. برای طراحی و ساخت سامانه پایش عملکرد خطیکارها، حسگر جریان بذر مادونقرمز طراحی و در لوله سقوط خطیکارها نصب شد. جهت یافتن رابطه بین نرخ جریان جرمی و ولتاژ، حسگر بهوسیله سکوی شبیهساز موزع غلتکی با سه نوع بذر که نماینده بذرهای درشت، متوسط و ریز بود تحت آزمایش قرار گرفت. با استنتاج از دادههای آزمایش، مشخص شد که رابطهی کاملاً قابل قبولی با ضریب تبیین 94 درصد بین میانگین دادههای ولتاژ و نرخ جریان جرمی بذرها وجود دارد. در گام بعد، طراحی و ساخت سامانه پایش عملکرد خطیکارها مبتنی بر حسگرهای جریان بذر توسعه یافته انجام گرفت. سامانه پیشنهادی علاوه بر پایش عملیات کاشت، سطح بذر و کود موجود در مخزن خطیکار را بهوسیله حسگرهای مسافتسنج فراصوت بهطور پیوسته تخمین و نمایش میدهد. نتایج آزمون مزرعهای برای سامانه پایش خطیکار، ضریب تبیین 85 درصد بین میانگین دادههای جریان جرمی حاصل از ترازو و سامانه پایش را نتیجه داد. در مجموع با نتایج و روابط حاصل از پژوهش امکان پایش عملیات کاشت و دریافت بازخورد از عدم کارکرد صحیح خطیکارها در مزارع کشاورزی میسر شد. نتایج و ضرایب تبیین آزمون مزرعهای نسبت به نتایج آزمایشگاهی حسگر جریان بذر، ضعیفتر به نظر میرسد. این نتیجه ناشی از گرفتگی عناصر نوری حسگر توسط گردوغبار حاصل از ریزش بذرها تشخیص داده شد. این غبار بیشترین تأثیر منفی را بر عملکرد سامانه پایش پیشنهادی داشت. ایجاد سامانههای مشابه مقاوم در برابر گردوغبار میتواند مورد توجه پژوهشهای آتی باشد.

تشخیص باقی مانده سم استامی پراید در آلبالو در درجات مختلف رسیدگی به کمک بینی الکترونیک
سموم دفع آفات جزء اساسی، کشاورزی مدرن محسوب میشوند و نقش مهمی در محافظت از محصولات کشاورزی دارند. ارزیابی بقایای سموم در میوه برای کنترل کیفیت آن تبدیل به پارامتر کلیدی برای مصرف کنندگان، تولید کنندگان و مسئولان گردیده است.مهمترین سم آلبالو استامیپراید میباشد. یک روش احتمالی برای تعیین بقایای سموم، استشمام ترکیبات معطر موجود در میوه با استفاده از بینی الکترونیکی است. بدین منظور دستگاه بینی الکترونیکی طراحی و ساخته شد. نمونههای سالم سمی و غیرسمی از درختان آلبالوی سم پاشی شده و نشده جمعآوری و طبق چهار درجه رسیدگی (RG1 = کاملاً رسیده ، RG2 = نزدیک به رسیدگی ، RG3 = متوسط رسیده و RG4 = نارس) توسط کارشناسان خبره (براساس اندازه، ویژگیهای ظاهر و همچنین تخمین مراحل رسیدگی) طبقهبندی شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل اجزای اصلی (PCA) و تجزیه و تحلیل تفکیک خطی (LDA) برای تشخیص الگوی آرایه سنسورها استفاده شدند. بطور کلی در آلبالوی سمی حسگر MQ3و در آلبالوی غیرسمی حسگر،TGS2602 بیشترین شدت پاسخ و نقش را در تشخیص سمی و غیرسمی بودن آلبالو داشتند.تجزیه و تحلیلPCA 89٪تا 96٪ واریانس دادهها را در تشخیص آلبالوی سمی و غیرسمی توصیف نمود. دقت تجزیه و تحلیل LDA برای تشخیص باقیمانده سم استامیپراید در 4 درجه رسیدگی مختلف آلبالوی سمی و غیر سمی 3/83-100% بود.

تخمین عملکرد کمی و کیفی نیشکر با استفاده از شبکه فازی- عصبی تطبیقی بهبود یافته با الگوریتم بهینهسازی ازدحام ذرات
متغیرهای مختلفی بر عملکرد مزارع نیشکر تأثیرگذارند. با بررسی این متغیرها و تعیین میزان اثر هر یک از آنها میتوان به راهکارهایی بهمنظور افزایش بهرهوری مزارع نیشکر دست یافت. امروزه استفاده از یافتههای هوش مصنوعی و داده کاوی برای کمک به پیشبینی تولید محصول مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف از این مقاله، معرفی روش هوشمند سیستم استنتاج فازی- عصبی تطبیقی و ترکیب این تکنیک با الگوریتم بهینهسازی ازدحام ذرات به منظور افزایش دقت و سرعت یادگیری سیستم فازی- عصبی در تخمین خصوصیات کمی و کیفی محصول نیشکر است. متغیرهای مدل شامل مجموعهای از عوامل مدیریتی، خصوصیات خاک، آب و اقلیمی در منطقه مورد مطالعه است. در ابتدا، برای انتخاب ویژگیهای بهینه از میان متغیرهای موجود در مسأله از الگوریتم ژنتیک استفاده شد سپس از یک الگوی اصلی سیستم استنتاج فازی- عصبی تطبیقی و یک الگوی ترکیبی شبکه فازی- عصبی با الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات برای پیشبینی خصوصیات مورد مطالعه استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی ترکیبی شبکه فازی- عصبی و الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات نسبت به الگوی اصلی سیستم فازی- عصبی صرف، به راهحل دقیقتر و قویتر منجر شدهاست؛ این مدل به ترتیب با مقادیر اعشاری ضریب تعیین، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا و میانگین درصد خطای مطلق 9237/0، 0181/0 و 0217/0 برای عملکرد نیشکر و نیز 9847/0، 0086/0 و 0138/0 برای درصد شکر استحصالی، توانایی مناسبی در پیشبینی و نگاشت غیرخطی میان متغیرهای مورد نظر داشته است.

اثر تنش شوری بر میزان اثرات باقیمانده علفکش اولتیما بر گیاه گندم تحت شرایط گلخانهای
افزایش پایداری علفکشها در خاک ممکن است به اندازهای باشد که به گیاهان زراعی در تناوبهای بعدی خسارت وارد نماید. ویژگیهای خاک میتوانند بر پایداری علفکشهای پیشرویشی و پسرویشی که به نحوی به محیط خاک وارد میشوند، تأثیر بسزایی داشته باشند. لذا آزمایشی گلدانی در قالب فاکتوریل در طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در 3 تکرار با تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شوری خاک در دو سطح غیر شور (5/2 دسیزیمنس بر متر) و شور (6 دسیزیمنس بر متر) ، مقدار علفکش در 4 سطح (شامل 0، 25، 50 و 100 درصد مقدار توصیه شده) و زمان کاشتدر دو زمان 60 و 120 روز بعد از کاربرد علفکش نیکوسولفورون به همراه ریمسولوفورون (اولتیما) با در نظر گرفتن گیاه گندم به عنوان گیاه آزمایشی (در مجموع در 48 واحد آزمایشی) در دانشگاه شهید چمران اجرا شد. بر اساس نتایج، افزایش سطح کاربرد علفکش باعث کاهش سطح ویژگیهای رشدی گیاه گردید. در تیمار 60 روز کاشت پس از کاربرد علفکش، وزن خشک در تیمار کاربرد 100 درصدِ مقدار توصیه شده علفکش در شوری 5/2، برابر با 6/1 گرم میباشد که اختلاف معنیداری با تیمار 50 درصد کاربرد علفکش در شوری برابر با 6 دسیزیمنس بر متر نداشت. لذا در شوریِ بیشتر، سطح کمترِ کاربرد علفکش میتواند به اندازهی سطوح بالاتر علفکش در شوری کمتر به گیاه آسیب وارد نماید. با افزایش زمان کاشت اثرات باقیمانده علفکش در خاک کاهش یافت. کاشت گیاه 120 روز بعد از کاربرد 25 درصد علفکش، اثرات آن را کاملاً خنثی کرده به نحوی که تفاوت معنیداری با سطح عدم کاربرد علفکش مشاهده نمیشود. لذا میتوان نتیجه گرفت با انتخاب زمان صحیح میتوان اثرات مخرب مصرف مقادیر بیشتر علفکش را تا حد زیادی کاهش داد. همچنین در نظر گرفتن ویژگیهای شیمیایی خاک از جمله شوری به عنوان عامل تأثیرگذار بر رفتار علفکشها در خاک میتواند در کنترل آثار باقیمانده علفکشها در خاک و گیاه مؤثر واقع شود. در صورت وجود املاح اضافی در خاک (شوری) و کاربرد حداقل 50 درصد مقدار توصیه شده علفکش اولتیما، بهتر است حداقل 120 روز فاصله زمانی کاشت برای گیاه گندم در تناوب زراعی رعایت شود.
