ارزیابی میزان غلظت کادمیم و رشد در سه توده اسفناج (Spinacia oleracea L.)بومی ایران در خاک های آلوده به کادمیم
اسفناج از سبزی های تجمع دهنده کادمیم است، اما پاسخ ژنوتیپهای مختلف این گیاه به کادمیم مشخص نیست. در این آزمایش اثر غلظتهای 0، 30 و 60 میلی گرم کادمیم در کیلوگرم خاک و زمان برداشت (بلوغ تجاری و 10 روز پس از آن) بر غلظت کادمیم، برخی شاخص های رویشی و بیوشیمیایی در سه تودهی اسفناج بومی ایران (ورامین 1، ورامین 2 و همدان) بررسی شد. اثرتیمارهای کادمیم بر میزان کادمیم ریشه، پرولین برگ و وزن خشک اندام هوایی در سطح1% و برغلظت کادمیم اندام هوایی در سطح 5% معنی دار بود؛ اثرات متقابل تیمارهای توده اسفناج، غلظت کادمیم و زمان برداشت بر غلظت کادمیم و وزن خشک اندام نیز هوایی معنی دار بود (05/0p< ). بیشترین غلظت کادمیم، در بخش هوایی توده ورامین1 در برداشت دوم بود ( mg/Kg. Dw 26/112) و با غلظت کادمیم در بخش هوایی این توده در برداشت اول در هر دو تیمار سطح بالاترکادمیم و با توده ورامین2 در تیمار 60 میلی گرم کادمیم در کیلوگرم خاک (به ترتیب 23/95، 76/101 و 08/110 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم وزن خشک) تفاوت معنی داری نداشت. ورامین-1 بیشترین پرولین برگ را داشت (69/66 میلی گرم در گرم). در هر دو تیمار سطح بالاترکادمیم، توده همدان بیشترین وزن خشک اندام هوایی در برداشت دوم را داشت (18/5 و 36/3 گرم )که با وزن خشک توده ورامین-2 در غلظت 30 میلی گرم کادمیم در کیلوگرم خاک در برداشت مشابه، اختلاف معنی داری نداشت. بالاترین غلظت کادمیم ریشه در توده ورامین-2 وجود داشت (mg/Kg. Dw 73/61). نتایج این پژوهش واکنش متفاوت توده های اسفناج به سطوح مختلف غلظت کادمیم را تایید نمود.

تغییر و تحول خاک های تشکیل شده از مواد مادری رسوبی مختلف در ناودیس شیخ، شمال شرق بجنورد
به منظور مطالعه تاثیر ویژگیهای سنگ مادر بر ویژگیهای خاک، تنوعی از سنگهای رسوبی از شش سازند در ناودیس شیخ )شمال شرق بجنورد( انتخاب گردیدند که شامل سنگانه (شیل)، آبدراز و کلات (سنگهای آهکی) پستهلیق (سنگ رس)، خانگیران (ماسهسنگ) و نئوژن (مارن گچدار) میباشند و مکان حفر خاکرخها بر روی پایدارترین سطوح ژئومورفیک موجود بر روی سازندها و به گونهای انتخاب گردید که خاکها بیشترین وابستگی را به سنگ مادر زیرین خود داشته باشند. بجز خاکرخهای مطالعه شده بر روی سازندهای کلات و آبدراز که بر روی شیب کناری حفر شدهاند، سایر خاکرخ ها بر روی قله شیب حفر شدند. مقایسه تکامل خاکهای حاصل از سنگهای آهکی نشان میدهد که درجه تکامل آنها متاثر از تفاوت نوع سنگهای آهکی میباشد؛ همچنین وجود ذرات درشت کوارتزی در ماسه سنگ و نبود کانیهای قابل هوادیدگی محدودیت اصلی برای تحول خاک از ماسهسنگ است. نتایج نشان میدهد که تکامل خاک از سنگهای مادری ریزبافت شامل شیل، سنگ رس و مارن گچی متاثر از مقدار و نوع کانیهای رسی و نیز مقدار گچ میباشد بهطوریکه فراوانی اسمکتیت به همراه درصد زیاد رس موجب تشکیل خاکهای ورتیسول بر روی سنگ رس شده است در حالیکه با وجود اسمکتیت قابل توجه، حضور مقدار زیاد گچ در خاکهای حاصل از مارنهای گچی موجب تعدیل انبساط و انقباض و مانع تشکیل ورتیسول میشود. نتایج نشان میدهد که پایداری زمیننما، استعداد خوب هوادیدگی و ترکیب کانیهای رسی موجود در شیل از مهمترین عوامل تشکیل خاکهای عمیقتر و با تکامل بیشتر بر روی شیلهای سازند سنگانه) میباشند.

بخشبندی فیزیکی کربن آلی در خاک های شنی و رسی تیمار شده با کود جانوری و زئولیت
نگهداشت کربن در خاک از راه افزودن کودهای جانوری به خاک و کاربرد زئولیت می تواند افزون بر بهبود ویژگیهای خاک، به کاهش گازهای گلخانه ای کمک کند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی پیامد کاربرد زئولیت و کودهای جانوری بر ریختهای کربن آلی خاک بود. دو نمونه خاک شنی و رسی از لایه 30 سانتیمتری رویین دو زمین کشاورزی در همدان برداشت شد. این خاک ها در لولههای پیویسی با قطر 20 سانتیمتر که به دو بخش جداگانه برش داده شده بود، ریخته و ذرت کشت شد. هنگامی که گیاه ذرت به گام گلدهی از رشد خود رسید، از دو جایگاه ریزوسفر و ناریزوسفری خاک ها نمونهبرداری گردید و بخشهای فیزیکی کربن آلی خاک اندازهگیری شد. این پژوهش نشان داد که کاربرد زئولیت در خاک شنی پیامد چشم گیری بر همه کربن آلی، ماده آلی بخش سبک و کربن آلی بخش هماندازه شن نداشت؛ ولی کربن آلی بخش هم اندازه سیلت و رس را به اندازه چشمگیری افزایش داد. کربن آلی بخش سنگین با افزودن زئولیت افزایش یافت؛ ولی این افزایش از دیدگاه آماری چشمگیر نبود. در خاک رسی، همه کربن آلی خاک، بخش هم اندازه شن، کربن آلی بخش هم اندازه سیلت و رس و کربن آلی بخش سنگین با افزودن زئولیت کاهش چشمگیری یافت؛ ولی کربن آلی بخش سبک دگرگونی چشمگیری نداشت. افزودن کودهای جانوری و به ویژه کود گاوی مایه افزایش ماده آلی بخش های گوناکون به ویژه بخش سبک در هر دو خاک شنی و رسی شد. کربن آلی خاک بویژه بخش سنگین و بخش هم اندازه سیلت و رس در خاک های ریزوسفری بیش از ناریزوسفری بود.

اثر ارتعاشات شبیه سازی شده حمل و نقل بر روی کاهش وزن میوه زردآلو
حمل و نقل نامناسب محصولات کشاورزی باعث ایجاد آسیبهای مکانیکی بر روی آنها میشود. شکل آسیب بستگی به خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی محصول و نوع بار وارد شده. ارتعاشات ایجاد شده هنگام حمل و نقل باعث تکان خوردن محصول و برخورد آن با سطوح اجزا ماشین حمل کننده و دیگر قسمتها میشود و در نتیجه باعث تغییر شکل بافتهای آن و ایجاد صدمه میگردد. در این مطالعه اثرات فرکانس ارتعاش (5، 5/7، 10 و Hz 5/12)، زمان ارتعاش (15 و 30 دقیقه) و موقعیت قرارگیری داخل مخزن (پایین، وسط و بالا ) در شتاب ثابت g 7/0 بر روی میزان صدمات وارد شده به میوه زردآلو مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ابتدا یک دستگاه شبیه ساز ارتعاشات در آزمایشگاه طراحی و ساخته شد و با استفاده از آن ارتعاشات حمل و نقل بر روی میوهها شبیه سازی و اثر پارامترهای مختلف بر روی میزان صدمات بررسی شد. میزان صدمه بر مبنای اختلاف بین میزان کاهش وزن میوههای ارتعاش داده شده با تیمارهای شاهد، برحسب درصد در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج آنالیز دادهها نشان داد که اثرات فرکانس ارتعاش، زمان ارتعاش و موقعیت قرارگیری محصول داخل مخزن، که به عنوان منابع تغییرات در نظر گرفته شدند، در سطح یک درصد بر روی میزان صدمات معنیدار است. ارتعاشات با فرکانسHz 10 و مدت زمان 30 دقیقه بیشترین صدمات را وارد کرده بودند. میزان صدمات وارده به میوههای واقع در لایههای بالایی مخزن به طور معنی داری بیشتر از لایههای وسطی و زیرین بود.

بزرگ مقیاس سازی مکانی در نقشه برداری رقومی کربن آلی خاک با استفاده از داده های کمکی (مطالعه موردی: منطقه بانه)
مقیاس مکانی مورد نیاز اطلاعات منابع طبیعی با آن مقیاسی که در دسترس میباشد، بسیار متفاوت است. یک روش برای تطابق مقیاسها، استفاده از مفهوم مقیاسسازی است. در این مطالعه با استفاده از روشی جدید یزرگمقیاسسازی نقشه رقومی کربن آلی خاک از قدرت تفکیک مکانی 150 متر به 30 متر در منطقهای به وسعت 3000 هکتار واقع در استان کردستان انجام شد. در ابتدا، نقشه رقومی کربن آلی خاک با قدرت تفکیک مکانی 30 متر با استفاده از دادههای نمونهبرداری شده از سطح خاک، دادههای کمکی (استخراج شده از مدل رقومی ارتفاع و تصاویر ماهواره لندست) و مدل درختی بهدست آمد؛ سپس، با استفاده از روش کوچکمقیاس سازی سادهای به نام میانگیری بلوکی نقشه کربن آلی خاک با قدرت تفکیک مکانی 150 متر تهیه گردید. در مرحله بعد، با استفاده از الگوریتم بزرگمقیاسازی، نقشه کربن آلی خاک از قدرت تفکیک مکانی 150 متر به 30 متر تبدیل گردید. با فرض اینکه ارتباط دادههای کمکی و کربن آلی خاک میتواند یک رابطه غیر خطی باشد، در این مطالعه از روش رگرسیون تعمیم داده شده و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی استفاده گردید. برای ارزیابی الگوریتم بزرگمقیاسسازی از ضریب تبیین بین نقشه حاصل از مدل درختی و نقشه بزرگمقیاسسازی بهره گرفته شد. نتایج مدلسازی در مرحله اول نشان داد که بعضی از متغیرهای کمکی مانند شاخص گیاهی نرمال شده، شاخص خیسی، شاخص همواری دره با درجه تفکیک بالا و انحنای طولی شیب بیشترین تاثیر را بر پیشبینی کربن آلی خاک دارند. نتایج پیشبینی رگرسیون درختی در مرحله آزمون نیز نشان داد که مدل به خوبی توانسته کربن آلی خاک با دقت مکانی 30 متر را مدلسازی کند (ریشه مربعات خطا برابر با 15/0 و ضریب تبیین 78/. میباشد). نتایج بزرگمقیاسسازی نیز نشان داد که روش مورد استفاده جهت بزرگمقیاسسازی (شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و رگرسیون تعمیم داده شده) به خوبی با ضریب تبیین 81/0 و 70/0 توانستهاند تغییرات مکانی کربن آلی خاک را در مقیاس بزرگتر مدلسازی کنند.

تأثیر نوع سنگ آذرین بر میزان غلظت عناصر سنگین خاک های حاصل از آن در منطقه قروه استان کردستان
به دلیل تجمع عناصر سنگین در خاک و خطرات ناشی از آن، تشخیص نوع، منشأ و پراکندگی این عناصر از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار شده است. با توجه به اینکه مواد مادری یکی از عوامل اصلی در ارتباط با ترکیب و ویژگی خاک است، در این مطالعه به مقایسه ویژگیهای متفاوت خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی مواد مادری متفاوت آذرین پرداخته شده است. در مجموع از 65 نقطه خاک سطحی از عمق 10-0 سانتیمتری از منطقهای به وسعت 260 کیلومتر مربع نمونهبرداری صورت گرفت. از سنگهای غالب در منطقه تعداد 8 تا 10 نمونه سنگ و از سنگهای مادری که وسعت کمتری دارند تعداد 6 تا 8 نمونه سنگ برداشته شد. پس از آمادهسازی نمونههای خاک و سنگ، غلظت فلزات مس، روی، نیکل و کروم در نمونههای خاک روش (اسید نیتریک 5 نرمال) و سنگ روش (اسید فلوریدریک، نیتریک و کلریدریک غلیظ) پس از عصارهگیری، با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی اندازهگیری شد. مقایسه میانگین به روش دانکن در سطح احتمال 5 درصد نشان داد که سنگ مادری (گابرو-بازالت) بجز با سنگهای مادری گرانیت پورفیری و گرانیت با دیگر واحدهای سنگی در میزان مس کل خاک اختلاف معنیداری ندارد. براساس حد مجاز مشخص شده برای کشور ایران در منطقه مورد مطالعه از لحاظ عنصر مس آلودگی وجود ندارد؛ ولی بر اساس استاندارد کشور هلند 1/23 درصد از نمونهها آلودگی نشان میدهند؛ خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی سنگ مادری گرانیت پورفیری در میزان غلظت روی کل با دیگر خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی سنگهای مادری اختلاف معنیداری دارند. بر اساس حد مشخص شده در کشور هلند و ایران در غلظت روی کل در خاک به ترتیب 7/4 و 5/1 درصد از نمونهها آلودگی نشان میدهند، ولی بر اساس استاندارد کشور استرالیا آلودگی به این عنصر وجود ندارد. خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی سنگ مادری (گابرو-بازالت) به استثنای خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی سنگهای مادری دیوریت گابرویی و گرانیت با دیگر خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی سنگهای مادری در میزان غلظت نیکل کل خاک اختلاف معنیداری ندارد. بر اساس حد مشخص شده در کشور هلند، استرالیا و ایران به ترتیب 8/96، 6/20 و 6/93 درصد از نمونهها در خاکهای منطقه آلودگی به عنصر نیکل دارند. همچنین خاک توسعهیافته بر روی سنگ مادری اسپیلیت-بازالت با دیگر خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی سنگهای مادری در میزان کروم کل خاک اختلاف معنیداری دارد. 5/12 درصد از نمونهها غلظتی بیش از حداکثر غلظت مجاز کشور هلند و 8/57 درصد از نمونهها غلظتی بیش از حداکثر غلظت مجاز کشور ایران را دارند. از لحاظ غنی شدگی عناصر سنگین بعد از عنصر مس، عناصر کروم و نیکل بیشترین غنیشدگی را در خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی مواد مادری منطقه مورد مطالعه دارند؛ همچنین همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری بین غلظت مس موجود در مواد مادری و خاکهای توسعهیافته بر روی آنها مشاهده شد که نشاندهنده درجا بودن خاکها و منشأ توارثی این عنصر در خاک است.

اثر مواد اصلاحی آلی، شیمیایی و اسید هیومیک بر برخی ویژگیهای مورفو فیزیولوژیک نهالهای پسته در شرایط مزرعه
اصلاح خاکهای شور-سدیمی زیرکشت پسته میتواند منجر به بهبود رشد و نمو و به دنبال آن، افزایش این محصول استراتژیک گردد. در این راستا، آزمایشی به صورت کرتهای دوبار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار، جهت بررسی تاثیر مواد آلی (کمپوست زباله شهری و کود گاوی) به میزان 15 تن در هکتار، مواد شیمیایی (گچ و گوگرد عنصری) به میزان 10 تن در هکتار و روشهای مصرف اسید هیومیک (عدم مصرف، مصرف خاکی 40 لیتر و محلول پاشی 5/2 لیتر در هکتار)، در مزرعه ایزدیاران در 30 کیلومتری جنوب سیرجان اجرا شد. مواد اصلاحی آلی و شیمیایی در اسفند 1390 همزمان با کاشت نهال پسته یک ساله (رقم بادامی سیرجان)، در گودال کاشت ریخته و تیمار اسید هیومیک در اوایل خرداد سال 1391و 1392 اعمال و ویژگیهای مرفو-فیزیولوژیک نهالها در اوایل مرداد سال دوم اندازهگیری شد. نتایج (با احتمال 5% معنیدار) نشان داد که کاربرد کمپوست و گچ باعث بهبود برخی ویژگیهای مورفولوژیک گیاه میگردد؛ درحالیکه کاربرد گوگرد و مصرف خاکی اسید هیومیک بیشتر بر ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک اثر فزاینده دارد. بهترین برهمکنش مواد آلی و شیمیایی موثر بر ویژگیهای مورفولوژیک به ترکیب گچ و کود گاوی و در ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک به ترکیب گوگرد و کمپوست تعلق گرفت. در برهمکنش مواد آلی و اسید هیومیک، کاربرد کودگاوی به همراه محلول پاشی اسید هیومیک، فقط باعث افزایش کلروفیل کل گردید. بهترین برهمکنش مواد اصلاحی شیمیایی و اسید هیومیک نیز از همراهی گوگرد و مصرف خاکی اسید هیومیک بدست آمد که این برهمکنش باعث افزایش برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک گردید.

کاربرد روش گرت فازی در زمانبندی عملیات تولید نیشکر
در برنامهریزی عملیات مکانیزه کشاورزی، عدم توجه به زمان بهینه انجام عملیات، باعث کاهش چشمگیری در میزان عملکرد محصول میشود. در این تحقیق به علت توانایی و قابلیت شبکه گرت، از آن به عنوان ابزاری توانمند در برنامهریزی و زمانبندی عملیات تولید نیشکر در استان خوزستان استفاده شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق منابع مختلفی مانند گزارشها، آمار و اطلاعات ایستگاههای هواشناسی مستقر در شرکتهای کشت و صنعت نیشکر، نظرات کارشناسان و محققان موسسه تحقیقات و آموزش توسعه نیشکر، استفاده از گزارشها و آمار سالیانه عملیات هر واحد تولیدی در کشت و صنعتهای نیشکر و نظرات کارشناسان و متخصصان واحدهای تولیدی در کشت و صنعتها گردآوری شد. با جمعآوری اطلاعات لازم، فعالیتها تعیین و شبکه گرت ترسیم شده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. زمان اتمام عملیات با استفاده از روش گرت فازی برابر (42/472، 72/368، 51/272) روز به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل شبکه حاصل، توانایی پاسخ گویی به سئوالات آماری در مورد عملیات تولید نیشکر را دارد و همچنین مدل شبکه حاصل دید روشنی برای مدیر واحد زراعی جهت اتخاذ تصمیمات به موقع فراهم میآورد تا در مرحله اجرا و عمل، طبق برنامه ریزی پیشرفته و بتواند عملیات را در زمان مطلوب و با هزینه مناسب به اتمام برساند.

ارزیابی تناسب اراضی منطقه هوراند با استفاده از روش نقطه ایده آل برای جو آبی
یکی از بهترین سیاستهای کشاورزی، ارزیابی تناسب زمینهای قابل کشت و پتانسیل تولید آنها به منظور پشتیبانی و حمایت از کاربریهای فعلی و آتی است؛ بنابراین مدلسازی پتانسیل تولید از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار میباشد. در این تحقیق از نقطه ایدهآل برای مدلسازی تولید جو آبی در بخشی از اراضی شهرستان هوراند استفاده شد. برای این منظور تعدادی از ویژگیهای خاک و زمیننما با بررسی منابع انتخاب و میزان وزن آنها در تولید جو آبی توسط کارشناسان محلی معین گردید. به منظور استنتاج تناسب اراضی برای جو بر اساس نقشهبرداری نقطه ایدهآل، لایههای نقشه وزندار شد و بهعنوان دادههای ورودی بهکار گرفته گردید و نهایتا نقشه تناسب اراضی جو به صورت مقیاس پیوسته متغیر از صفر (نامناسب) تا یک (کاملا مناسب) تهیه شد. برای مقایسه نتایج حاصل از کاربرد روش نقطه ایدهآل از عملگر ترکیب استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که 86/48 درصد از منطقه مورد مطالعه دارای درجه تناسب بین ۵/0 تا ۶/0 میباشد، بنابراین در منطقه مورد مطالعه مکانهای مناسب زیادی برای تولید جو یافت شد. تطابق نقشه کلاسهای تناسب اراضی حاصل از نقطه ایدهآل با نقشه تولید واقعی بیش از 90% است؛ همچنین ضریب تبیین محاسبهشده از رابطه بین شاخص اراضی محاسبهشده با روش ایدهآل 88/0 بوده کهدر سطح احتمال 5 درصد معنیدار است؛ بنابراین نقطه ایدهآل نتایج نسبتا دقیقی را حاصل میکند؛ زیرا اثرات ویژگیهایی را که ارزش نزدیک به حداقل و حداکثر از نقطه ایدهآل را دارند را به حساب میآورد.

تولید ناپیوسته لیپید با استفاده از مخمر مولد لیپید Rhodosporidium diobovatum و محاسبه خصوصیات فیزیکی بیودیزل تولیدی با استفاده از پروفایل اسیدهای چرب
در این پژوهش، رشد، تولید لیپید و راندمان مصرف منبع کربن به وسیله مخمر مولد لیپید Rhodosporidium diobovatum در محیط کشت با نیتروژن محدود با استفاده از دکستروز (217 و 434 میلیمولار) و گلیسرول به عنوان منابع کربن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین مشخصات فیزیکی بیودیزل حاصل از لیپید تولیدی با دیگر انواع بیودیزل، سوخت دیزل و استانداردهای معتبر مقایسه و تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. محیطهای کشت حاوی دکستروز و گلیسرول بیوماس تقریباً یکسانی تولید کردند؛ اما پس از 5 روز محیط کشت حاوی 434 میلیمولار دکستروز محتوای لیپید بیشتری (حدود 49 درصد از وزن خشک سلولی) نسبت به دیگر منابع تولید نمود. ترکیبات اسیدهای چرب تولیدی توسط R. diobovtum در غلظتهای متفاوت گلوکز و گلیسرول به طور عمده شامل اسید پالمیتیک (C16:0)، اسید اولئیک (C18:1) و اسید لینولئیک (C18:2) بودند؛ همچنین با توجه به ترکیبات اسیدهای چرب موجود در لیپید تولیدی توسط مخمر مولد لیپید، خصوصیات فیزیکی سوخت زیستی حاصل از آن شامل ویسکوزیته، وزن مخصوص، نقطه ابری، عدد ستان، عدد یدی و ارزش حرارتی بیشینه همگی در محدوده استانداردهای بینالمللی قرار داشته و مشابهت آنها با دیگر منابع تولید بیودیزل مانند دانههای روغنی و چربیهای حیوانی، قابلیت بالای این نوع مخمر برای تولید سوخت و روغن مغذی در مقیاسهای تجاری را نوید میدهد.
