شکل های شیمیایی و زیست فراهمی روی در یک خاک آهکی تحت تأثیر لجن فاضلاب
توزیع، تحرک و زیستفراهمی عناصر در محیط تنها وابسته به غلظت کل آنها نیست بلکه به فاز جامدی که با آنها پیوند یافته نیز مرتبط است. هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین شکلها و ارزیابی زیست فراهمی روی در یک خاک آهکی تیمار شده با لجن فاضلاب با استفاده از روش عصارهگیری دنبالهای بود. بدین منظور، آزمایشی گلخانهای با شش سطح لجن (0، 5/22، 45، 90، 180، 360 تن در هکتار) بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار به مدت 90 روز با کشت گیاه اسفناج اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد مقدار روی قابل استخراج با DTPA با کاربرد لجن فاضلاب افزایش معنیدار یافت. کاربرد لجن فاضلاب موجب افزایش معنیدار همه شکلهای روی گردید. بیشترین افزایش مربوط به شکل کربناتی به میزان تقریباً 60 برابر تیمار شاهد بود. با این وجود، کاربرد لجن فاضلاب سبب تغییر ترتیب و نسبت شکلهای مختلف روی گردید. بهگونهایکه، در خاک شاهد، اجزاء مختلف روی بدین ترتیب بود: روی تبادلی < روی کربناتی < پیوند یافته با ماده آلی < پیوند یافته با اکسیدهای آهن و منگنز < باقیمانده. در مقابل، ترتیب اجزا ناشی از اعمال تیمارهای لجن فاضلاب بهصورت زیر تغییر یافت: روی تبادلی < پیوند یافته با ماده آلی < روی کربناتی < پیوند یافته با اکسیدهای آهن و منگنز < باقیمانده. نتایج همچنین نشان داد در اثر کاربرد لجن فاضلاب غلظت روی در اندام هوایی اسفناج در همه تیمارها در حد سمیت بود.

تعیین الگوی نمونه برداری مکانی با استفاده از روش های مختلف (مطالعه ی موردی: شهرستان تفت)
طراحی الگوی نمونهبرداری مکانی از مراحل اصلی نقشهبرداری رقومی خاک به شمار میرود. در این تحقیق از تکنیکهای مربع لاتین، تصادفی، شبکه منظم، فازیکیمینز، چاردرخت مرکزی و چاردرخت تصادفی جهت تعیین 151 نقطهی نمونهبرداری در منطقهای به وسعت 3500 هکتار در شهرستان تفت استفاده گردید. نتایج آماری دادههای محیطی از قبیل شاخص خیسی، شیب، جهت شیب، انحنای شیب، ارتفاع و شاخص گیاهی نرمال شده در نقاط نمونهبرداری شده توسط تکنیکها با جامعه اصلی مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که پارامترهای آماری میانگین و واریانس نمونهها نسبت به جامعه در روش چاردرخت مرکزی بیشترین شباهت را دارند؛ به طوریکه اختلاف میانگین شاخص خیسی در تکنیکهای مربع لاتین، تصادفی، فازیکیمینز، شبکه منظم، چاردرخت مرکزی و چاردرخت تصادفی با جامعه به ترتیب 8/0 درصد، 2/2 درصد، 7/1 درصد، 4/1 درصد، 15/0 درصد، 6/5 درصد و 09/1 درصد میباشد. در حقیقت الگوی نمونهبرداری چاردرخت مرکزی طوری محل نقاط را از جامعه انتخاب کرده است که توزیع نمونهگیری در هیستوگرام یکنواخت باشد. در حالی که در روشهای دیگر شاهد نمونهبرداری بیشتر یا کمتر در بعضی از قسمتهای هیستوگرامها و یا به نوعی اریب هستیم. درک و تلقی عمومی از نمونهبرداری خوب آن است که میباید پراکنش جغرافیایی خوبی از نقاط نمونهبرداری وجود داشته باشد. در حالیکه نتایج نشان داد که همیشه نمونهبرداری با توزیع جغرافیایی مناسب، تمام ویژگیهای منطقه را مشخص نمیکند.

ارزیابی شاخص های آلودگی زیست محیطی در اطراف کارخانه مس سرچشمه
فلزات سنگین در همه خاکها وجود دارند ولی آلودگی خاک به این فلزات، به دلیل فعالیتهای بشری روند نگرانکنندهای به خود گرفته است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت فلزات سنگین آرسنیک، سرب، کادمیوم، روی و مس در خاکهای اطراف مجتمع مس سرچشمه به کمک شاخصهای زیست محیطی میباشد. تعداد 100 نمونه خاک سطحی از خاکهای اطراف معدن و مجتمع فرآوری برداشته شد و با استفاده از روش هضم چهار اسید و به کمک دستگاه (ICP-OES) غلظت کل فلزات سنگین اندازهگیری شد. شاخصهای زمینانباشتگی، فاکتور غنیشدگی و شاخص بار آلودگی جهت تعیین میزان آلودگی منطقه مورد مطالعه بکار برده شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین غلظت فلزات سنگین بیشتر از غلظت زمینه است که بیانگر ورود عناصر از منابع آنتروپوژنیکی در منطقه است. همچنین غلظت بالای عناصر مورد بررسی به استثناء آرسنیک، در نزدیک معدن و کارخانه مشاهده شد. در حالیکه بیشترین غلظت آرسنیک در شمال غربی منطقه تعیین شد. میزان شاخص زمینانباشتگی برای همه فلزات در اطراف معدن و کارخانه بیشتر از 3 به دست آمد که نشان میدهد خاک دچار آلودگی شدید تا خیلی شدید به ویژه از نظر کادمیوم و آرسنیک محسوب میشود. مقادیر منفی شاخص زمینانباشتگی در مناطق مسکونی مشاهده گردید که در کلاس پاک قرار میگیرند. فاکتور آلودگی برای کادمیوم، بیشترین آلودگی و برای روی، کمترین آلودگی را در منطقه نشان داد. تجزیه و تحلیل نقشه پهنهبندی شاخص بار آلودگی نشان داد که بیشترین آلودگی در اطراف معدن و سپس در اطراف کارخانه میباشد و با افزایش فاصله، غلظت آلودگی به تدریج کمتر میشود.

بررسی تاثیر مقدار فشار محفظه و وزن اولیه محصول بر شاخصهای خنکسازی کلم پیچ به روش خلائی
هدف اصلی از روشهای پیشخنک کردن خنکسازی سریع محصول قبل از انبار در سردخانه طی 24 ساعت پس از برداشت میباشد .خنکسازی خلائی به عنوان سریعترین روش خنکسازی تبخیری برای هر محصولی که دارای رطوبت آزاد است، شناخته شده است. در این مطالعه آزمایشات برای ارزیابی تأثیر فشار محفظهی خلاء در سه سطح 7/0، 1 و 5/1 کیلوپاسکال و وزن در دو سطح 100±300 و 100±900 گرم بر کاهش دمای سطح و مرکز، ضریب خنکسازی، فاکتور تأخیر، زمان خنکسازی و جرم از دست رفته برای خنکسازی کلمپیچ انجام شد. نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه نشان داد در بین سه سطح فشار هرچه فشار ثابت شده نهایی در محفظه بیشتر و کلم ها سنگینتر باشند زمان خنک سازی افزایش، ضریب خنک سازی کاهش و فاکتور تأخیر به طور ناپیوسته افزایش یافت، هم چنین هر چه زمان بیشتری سپری شد کلم ها رطوبت بیشتری از دست دادند. یکی از معایب روش خنک کردن خلاء، از دست دادن رطوبت محصولات می باشد. بنابر نتایج این تحقیق با انتخاب فشار 7/0 کیلوپاسکال به عنوان فشار ثابت شده نهایی برای مخزن میزان جرم از دست رفته کمتری وجود داشت. به گونهای که این فشار باعث کاهش 32% و 52% به ترتیب در مقدار جرم از دست داده در مقایسه با فشار 1 و 5/1 کیلوپاسکال گردید. تأثیر فشار بر خنک سازی محصول کلم بسیار بارزتر از اثر فاکتور دیگر (وزن) بوده است. هم چنین استفاده از این روش موجب توزیع دمایی همگن در کلمپیج در طول فرآیند خنک سازی شد.

بررسی آمونیفیکاسیون ال- گلوتامین، ال-آسپاراجین، ال- هیستیدین، ال- آرجینین و گلیسین در خاک های آهکی
آمینواسیدها منابع تأمین کننده نیتروژن برای میکروارگانیسمهای خاک به شمار میآیند. با اندازهگیری آمونیوم آزاد شده طی تجزیه آمینواسیدها در خاک میتوان سرعت و میزان آمونیفیکاسیون آنها را در خاکها بررسی کرد. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه روند تجزیه آمینواسیدها در خاک از طریق اندازهگیری نیتروژن معدنی آزاد شده در خاکهای تیمار شده با آمینواسید صورت گرفت. بدین منظور الگوی زمانی آمونیفیکاسیون و تأثیر غلظت آمینواسید در خاکهای تیمار شده با آمینواسیدهای ال–گلوتامین، ال–آسپاراجین، ال–هیستیدین، ال–آرجینین و گلیسین بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن آمینواسیدها در هر دو خاک باعث افزایش معدنی شدن نیتروژن در خاکها میگردد. بیشترین معدنی شدن نیتروژن برای تمام تیمارها در مدت زمان 24 ساعت رخ داد که بیشترین و کمترین آن برای خاک لورک به ترتیب به میزان ۴۱/۳۴۰ و ۸۱/۲۵۲ و برای خاک شرودان به ترتیب ۱۵/۳۳۴ و ۲۳/۱۲۶ میلی گرم برکیلو گرم بود. افزایش غلظت آمینواسید، معدنی شدن نیتروژن را فزونی بخشید به طوری که این روند بجز در مورد ال–هیستیدین تا غلظت ۱۰۰ میلی مولار افزایشی بود. حداکثر آمونیفیکاسیون ال–هیستیدین در هر دو خاک در غلظت ۶۰ میلی مولار رخ داد و پس از آن تغییر قابل توجهی رخ نداد. در بین آمینواسیدهای مورد بررسی، بیشترین سرعت آمونیفیکاسیون برای ال–آرجینین مشاهده گردید، ولی نزدیکترین رفتار به ال–آرجینین مربوط به ال–هیستیدین بود. این تشابه ها بهوسیله پاره ای تشابهات مولکولی و بیوشیمیایی توصیف گردید.

ارزیابی توابع انتقالی به منظور برآورد درصد سدیم تبادلی در خاک های دشت سیستان
شناخت تغییرات درصد سدیم تبادلی (ESP) و اطلاع از مقدار آن در خاکهای سدیمی یا شور و سدیمی جهت برآورد مقدار مواد اصلاحکننده و مدیریت اراضی، امری ضروری است. اندازهگیری این ویژگی به دلیل اینکه اندازهگیری ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی (CEC) مشکل و زمانبر است، پر هزینه و همراه با خطا میباشد. از این رو ارائه روشی که بتوان با استفاده از شاخص سهلالوصول دیگری بطور غیرمستقیم ESP را بدست آورد بسیار بهینه و اقتصادی است. در تحقیق حاضر بدین منظور تعداد 296 نمونه خاک از سطح دشت سیستان جمعآوری و ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها اندازهگیری شد. ESP خاک، با استفاده از شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی (RBF و MLP) و سیستم نروفازی (ANFIS) مدلسازی و نتایج حاصله با روش رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره مقایسه گردید. نتایج بیانگر عملکرد ضعیف (50/0R2 ≤ و 34/4RMSE ≥ ) معادلات رگرسیون خطی در راستای برآورد ESP بود. با این حال، سیستم ANFIS با تعداد ورودیهای کمتر ( ECوpH ) نتایج بهتری را نسبت به سایر روشهای بکارگرفته شده ارائه داد (34/2RMSE= و81/0 R2=) و با افزودن تعداد ورودیها از دقت سیستم نروفازی کاسته شد (2/4RMSE= و71/0 R2=). در صورتیکه، شبکه عصبی RBF با افزایش تعداد ورودیها عملکردی مطلوب (85/2RMSE= و 80/0 R2=) نشان داد. نتایج آنالیز حساسیت نیز با استفاده از روش ارتباط وزنی، به ترتیب نشان دهنده اهمیت بیشتر هدایت الکتریکی، اسیدیته، درصد ذرات رس و جرم مخصوص ظاهری در توجیه تغییرپذیری ESP منطقه بود.

بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر مقاومت کششی یک زیرشکن با بازوی خمیده و پیشبینی مقاومت کششی موردنیاز با استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی چندمتغیره
مقاومت کششی ابزارهای مختلف خاکورزی یک پارامتر مهم برای اندازهگیری و ارزیابی عملکرد ادوات و تعیین مقدار توان موردنیاز میباشد. در این تحقیق آزمایشهای مزرعهای در دو نوع خاک لومیشنی و شنیلومی در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی (RCBD) و با چهار تکرار، بهمنظور مقایسه آماری مقادیر مقاومت کششی زیرشکن با بازوی خمیده تحت تاثیر پارامترهای مختلف انجام گردید. در داخل هر بافت خاک، محتوی رطوبت خاک در دو سطح مختلف، سرعت پیشروی تراکتور در چهار سطح 1، 5/1، 8/1 و 3 کیلومتر بر ساعت و عمق کاری در چهار سطح 10، 20، 30 و 40 سانتیمتر انتخاب گردید. در داخل هر کرت آزمایشی پارامترهای مقاومت کششی، شاخص مخروط خاک و درصد محتوای رطوبت خاک اندازهگیری گردید. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثرات اصلی بافت خاک، رطوبت، سرعت و عمق کار بر روی میزان مقاومت کششی زیرشکن در سطح احتمال 1% معنیدار بود. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که مقاومت کششی با افزایش سرعت پیشروی و عمق کار بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافته و با افزایش محتوای رطوبت خاک کاهش مییافت. به منظور پیشبینی مقاومت کششی زیرشکن با بازوی خمیده، درصد محتوای رطوبت خاک، سرعت پیشروی تراکتور، عمق کار زیرشکن، درصد رس خاک و مقدار شاخص مخروط خاک به عنوان متغیرهای مستقل در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تمام متغیرهای مستقل درنظر گرفته شده در مدل رگرسیونی، در سطح احتمال %1 معنیدار میباشند. ضریب همبستگی مدل رگرسیونی چندگانه 842/0 و میانگین دقت پیشبینی مدل 57/83 % بهدست آمد.

مقایسه روشهای زیستی و شیمیایی در پالایش یک خاک آلوده به نفت خام
بخاطر گستردگی توزیع، سمیت و سرطانزایی، هیدروکربنهای نفتی جز آلایندههای خطرناک بوده و حذف این آلایندهها از خاک یک چالش بزرگ محسوب می شود. بر این اساس هدف از این پژوهش بررسی روشهای شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی به منظور حذف نفت خام از خاکی با آلودگی مصنوعی است. در این مطالعه اثر باکتریهای سودوموناس پوتیدا و باسیلوس لاتروسپروس به صورت کشت خالص و مخلوط(108 باکتری در هر گرم خاک) و همچنین سورفکتانت غیریونی توئین 20(دو درصد وزنی) بر حذف نفت خام(دو درصد وزنی/وزنی)از خاک بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد تیمار شاهد با 4/2 درصد و تیمار کنسرسیوم میکروبی+تویین 20 با 78 درصد حذف نفت خام به ترتیب کمترین و بیشترین میزان حذف را به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین مشخص شد که کنسرسیوم باکتریهای سودوموناس پوتیدا و باسیلوس لاتروسپروس از کشت خالص این باکتریها با 65 درصد حذف نفت خام، کارآمدتر است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده باکتری سودوموناس پوتیدا نسبت به باکتری باسیلوس لاتروسپروس توانایی بیشتری در حذف نفت خام دارد. همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری در سطح یکدرصد بین مقادیر تنفس و کربن زیستتوده میکروبیخاک با درصد حذف نفت خام به دست آمد. بالاترین میزان کربن زیست توده و تنفس خاک به ترتیب با میانگین mgCgdm -1 630/0 و mgCO2/g.day 536/0 درتیمار کنسرسیوم میکروبی و سورفکتانت و کمترین مقدار تنفس و کربن زیست توده میکروبی به ترتیب با mgCO2/g.day 172/0 و mgCgdm -1 118/0 مربوط به تیمار شاهد بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش روش زیست پالایی نسبت به روش شیمیایی بر حذف هیدروکربنهای نفتی موثرتر است.

ارزیابی وضعیت فسفر در یک خاک شور تیمار شده با لجن فاضلاب و سوپرفسفات تریپل با استفاده از روش جزء بندی شیمیایی
تعیین شکلهای شیمیایی فسفر در خاک اطلاعات مفیدی را در ارتباط با تغذیه فسفر فراهم میآورد. این مطالعه به صورت دو عاملی در سه تکرار و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با هدف بررسی تأثیر کاربرد تلفیقی منابع آلی و معدنی فسفر بر شکلهای شیمیایی فسفر در یک خاک شور و ارتباط آنها با جذب فسفر توسط گندم انجام شد. مقدار 100 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم فسفر از منبع آلی (لجن فاضلاب شهری) و مبنع معدنی (سوپرفسفاتتریپل) و مخلوط آنها به یک خاک با کمبود فسفر و شوری 6 دسیزیمنس بر متر افزوده و رقم گندم ماهوتی در آنها کشت شد. نتایج نشان داد که در ماههای اول و دوم تفاوتی بین تیمارهای کودی با تیمار شاهد از لحاظ خصوصیات رشدی گندم وجود نداشت در حالیکه در ماه سوم کاربرد لجن فاضلاب به صورت مستقل و تلفیقی با کود فسفری سبب افزایش ارتفاع، وزنتر و وزن خشک شاخسار در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد. در تمامی تیمارها، فسفر قابل استخراج با آب کمترین و فسفر قابل استخراج با اسید بیشترین مقدار را در بین شکلهای فسفر معدنی به خود اختصاص داد. کاربرد تلفیقی لجن فاضلاب با کود فسفری بیشترین تأثیر را بر NaHCO3-P داشت به طوریکه سبب افزایش 39/1 برابری در H2O-P، 93/1 برابری در NaHCO3-P، 67/0 برابری در NaOH-P و 00/1 برابری در HCl-P در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد تلفیقی لجن فاضلاب و کود فسفری تأثیر بهتری در افزایش فراهمی فسفر و رشد گندم در شرایط شور دارد.

پیش بینی محتوای رطوبتی پیاز خوراکی در طی فرآیند خشک کردن با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی
پیاز خوراکی بهعنوان منبع غذایی و همچنین مصارف دارویی، امروزه بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. با افزایش بیش از پیش تولید پیاز، نیاز به انبارداری، افزایش ماندگاری، کاهش ضایعات و استفاده از پودر پیاز بیشتر احساس میشود. بههمین جهت خشک کردن این محصول بهعنوان یکی از راهکارهای عملی همواره مطرح میباشد. امروزه با توجه به مزایای فناوری هوش مصنوعی، استفاده از شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی در سطح وسیعی برای شبیهسازی و پیشبینی پارامترهای مورد نیاز در فرایندهای خشک کردن در حال رشد و توسعه است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق پیشبینی محتوای رطوبتی پیاز به کمک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی میباشد. در این تحقیق پیاز با استفاده از خشککن جریان عمودی هوای داغ در زمانهای مختلف در سه سطح دمای 60، 70 و 80 درجه سلسیوس، سه سطح ضخامت لایه 15، 30 و 45 میلیمتر، سه سطح ضخامت خلال 2، 4 و 6 میلیمتر و سه تکرار، در سرعت هوای ثابت 5/1 متر بر ثانیه خشک شده تا محتوای رطوبتی آن ثابت و به 6% (بر پایه تر) برسد. بهترین الگوریتم یادگیری لونبرگ-مارکوارت با کمترین مقدار خطا MSE انتخاب شد. توپولوژی بهینه 1-10-4 با تابع آستانه تانژانت سیگموئید و مقادیر خطای 0133/0 و توپولوژی بهینه 1-6-4 با تابع آستانه لگاریتم سیگموئید و مقادیر خطای 022/0 به دست آمدند. مقایسه ضریب تبیین R2 وMSE نشان داد که شبکه عصبی با ساختار 1-10-4 با تابع آستانه تانژانت سیگموئید برای پیشبینی محتوای رطوبتی در مقایسه با توپولوژیهای دیگر نتایج بهتری را ارائه میکند؛ بهترین مقدار ضریب تبیین 998/0 و MSE آن 0133/0 به دست آمد.
