اثر قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار و باکتری سودوموناس بر ویژگی های رشد و جذب عناصر غذایی کم مصرف توسط گیاه ذرت در شرایط تنش خشکی
ریزجانداران می توانند به رشد بهتر گیاه بویژه در شرایط تنش های محیطی کمک کنند. به منظور بررسی اثر قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار، باکتری و تنش خشکی بر کلنیزاسیون ریشه و جذب عناصر غذایی کم مصرف، آزمایش گلخانهای به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورها شامل قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار در دو سطح (در حضور و عدم حضور قارچ گلوموس اینترادیسز)، باکتری در دو سطح (در حضور و عدم حضور باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس)، تنش خشکی در چهار سطح (بدون تنش، تنشFC 75%، تنش FC50% و تنشFC 25%) بود. در تیمارهای تلقیح نشده میکروبی، تنش خشکی 25 درصد رطوبت ظرفیت مزرعه وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی را بطور معنی داری کاهش داد در حالیکه تغییرات سایر پارامترهای مورد اندازه گیری معنی دار نبود. در تیمارهای قارچی در هر سطح تنش خشکی، درصد کلنیزاسیون ریشه بطور معنی داری در مقایسه با تیمارهای تلقیح نشده قارچی بالاتر بود. بالاترین درصد کلنیزاسیون ریشه گیاه در تیمارهای کاربرد همزمان قارچ و باکتری بدست آمد. کاربرد همزمان قارچ و باکتری کلیه پارامترهای مورد اندازه گیری را به جز جذب آهن تا سطح 50 درصد رطوبت ظرفیت مزرعه در مقایسه با تیمارهای تلقیح نشده با قارج و باکتری افزایش معنی دار داد.

اثر بقایای گیاهی بر شاخصهای میکروبی خاک و برخی خصوصیات رشدی گیاه جو در سطوح مختلف شوری
به منظور بررسی اثر بقایای گیاهی بر روی برخی شاخصهای میکروبی خاک از جمله کربن، فسفر و نیتروژن بیوماس میکروبی و خصوصیات رشدی گیاه جو در خاک شور، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل دو نوع بقایای گیاهی (کاه وکلش گندم و یونجه) در دو سطح ( ٠ و50 تن در هکتار) و در سه سطح شوری (2 ، 4 ، 8 دسیزیمنس بر متر) در کشت گیاه جو به مدت 8 هفته در گلخانه انجام شد. شاخصهای میکروبی شامل C ،N و P زیست توده میکروبی، نسبت C/P و C/N میکروبی خاک و برخی فاکتورهای رشدی گیاه جو شامل طول ساقه ، میزان کلروفیل، وزن خشک ساقه و ریشه، سطح برگ و برخی عناصر غذایی در گیاه اندازهگیری شدند؛ نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که شوری باعث کاهش رشد گیاه جو و برخی شاخصهای میکروبی در خاک گردید. افزودن مقدار 50 تن در هکتار بقایای یونجه، اثر معنیدار بر شاخص سطح برگ، ارتفاع گیاه، وزن خشک و میزان کلروفیل در سطوح مختلف شوری داشت. خاکهای حاوی بقایای یونجه حداکثر کربن، نیتروژن و فسفر زیست توده را داشتند و پس از آن بیشترین اثر در خاک تیمار شده با بقایای گندم دیده شد. بهطور خلاصه، نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که افزایش هر گونه بقایای گیاهی سبب تحریک شدید فعالیت میکروبی و بهبود وضعیت توده زنده میکروبی و افزایش قابلیت دسترسی غذایی میگردد که این بستگی به نوع و کیفیت بقایای گیاهی دارد.

بررسی امکان سنجی استفاده از فیلترکیک در تهیه مالچ برای تثبیت شنهای روان اهواز
هدف از این پژوهش، امکان سنجی استفاده از فیلترکیک به عنوان یکی از پسماندهای کشت و صنعتهای نیشکرخوزستان برای تولید مالچ سازگار با محیط زیست میباشد. بدین منظور آزمایشهایفاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد که عاملها شامل نوع مالچ (5 نوع مالچ آلی و مالچ نفتی) و ضخامت (در یک و دو لایه) است. در این مطالعه از فیلترکیک و خاک رسی منطقه الباجی اهواز به عنوان مواد اولیه مالچ و شن روان به عنوان بستر واقعی استفاده شده و از طریق آزمایشهای آزمون و خطا، مقادیری مشخص از مواد اولیه را در مقداری آب حل نموده و سوسپانسیون حاصل روی بستر شن روان پاشیده شد.میزان مقاومت برشی، مقاومت فروروی، دگر چسبی و اصطکاک سطحی خاک، فرسایش پذیری خاک به ترتیب به وسیله پره برشی، فروسنج، دستگاه اندازهگیری مقاومت برشی لایه رویین خاک(دستگاه ژانگ)، تونل باد اندازهگیری گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داده است که اختلاف معنی داری (در سطح یک درصد) در میزان مقاومت برشی مقاومت فروروی بین انواع مالچها در لایههای مختلف وجود دارد. اما به دلیل حساسیت کم، دستگاه ژانگ اثر دگرچسبی و زاویه اصطکاک داخلی مالچ ها معنی دار نگردیده است. در این پژوهش، مالچ شماره 1 با ترکیب 50 گرم رس و 150 گرم فیلترکیک، به دلیل داشتن مقاومت برشی و فروروی مناسب، بهترین ترکیب مالچی نسبت به دیگر مالچهای تولید شده تشخیص داده شده، که میتوان از آن برای استفاده در تثبیت عرصه شنزار کمک گرفت.

بررسی سنجش کیفیت میوهی انار با آزمایش پوست آن به روش فراصوت عبوری
پایش کیفیت محصولات کشاورزی مانند میوهها و سبزیها نقش اساسی در تجارت رقابتی و کشاورزی مدرن دارد. کاهش کیفیت انار در اثر اختلال فیزیولوژیکی به صورت پلاسیدگی و نرم شدن پوست ظاهر میگردد. در این مقاله کیفیت میوه انار در چهار سطح کیفی تعریف شده (نارس، رسیده، بیشرس و فاسد) با روش فراصوت عبوری و نیز روش بارگذاری نفوذی (مگنس-تیلور) ارزیابی شد. نمونههایی از کل میوهی انار، برشهای 1 الی 2 سانتیمتری و پوست آن برای آزمایش تهیه شدند. نتایج بررسی سیگنالهای ارسالی و دریافتی نشان داد که به دلیل ناهمگونی بافت میوهی انار، امواج به شدت تضعیف میشوند و پراکندگی دادهها زیاد است. ولی بخش همگون میوه یعنی پوست انار پاسخی بهتر و بدون پراکندگی ارائه میکند. نتایج آزمایشهای اولیه نشان داد که میزان تضعیف امواج در نمونههای انار نسبت به سایر محصولات کشاورزی بالاتر بوده و سرعت عبور امواج کمتر از هوا و برخی محصولات کشاورزی و غذایی است. از میان شاخصهای فراصوتی، دامنهی تغییرات سرعت عبور امواج بیشتر بود و این شاخص برای سنجش کیفیت انار بکار گرفته شد. نتایج تحلیل دادهها حاکی از آن است که رابطه خوبی بین شاخص فراصوتی، سرعت عبور امواج و شاخص سفتی وجود دارد و روند تغییرات این شاخصها نسبت به سطوح کیفی، یکسان است. مدلهای آماری با ضریب همبستگی 83/0 برای تخمین عوامل مبین کیفیت میوه استخراج شد. بررسی تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد که میتوان از شاخصهای فراصوتی پوست انار برای بازرسی کیفیت انار با روش فراصوت استفاده کرد.

پیش بینی ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک های ایران با استفاده از روش های گوناگون
اندازه گیری ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک در سطوح وسیع، بسیار پرهزینه و وقت گیر است. برآورد این خصوصیت بهوسیله ویژگیهای زودیافت خاک، از طریق روشهای پارامتریک و غیرپارامتریک (توابع انتقالی) میتواند رویکرد مناسبی باشد. در این پژوهش، روش پارامتریک رگرسیونهای خطی و غیر خطی و روشهای غیر پارامتریک شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی، رگرسیون درختی و فازی عصبی در تخمین ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای این منظور 1770 نمونه خاک از مناطق مختلف ایران انتخاب شدند که 1414 عدد برای آموزش و 356 عدد از آنها به عنوان دادههای آزمون مدلها استفاده شدند. بررسی همبستگیها نشان داد که پارامترهای رس و درصد ماده آلی خاک بیشترین ارتباط را با ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک دارند؛ بنابراین این ویژگیها به عنوان متغیر مستقل ورودی (ویژگی زودیافت) و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی به عنوان متغیر وابسته خروجی انتخاب شدند. ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا و ضریب تبیین در روش رگرسیون خطی برابر 74/4 و 50/0 و در روش رگرسیون غیر خطی برابر 71/4 و 52/0 بود که نشان میدهد که هر دو روش با دقت نسبتاً خوب و یکسانی قادر به پیشبینی ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک میباشند؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد که روش رگرسیون غیر خطی فقط سبب بهبود 6/0 درصدی دقت پیشبینی ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک شده است. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از روشهای شبکه عصبی مصنوعی سبب بهبود معنیداری در دقت برآورد ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک نمیشود. بیشترین بهبود در پیشبینی مدل به نسبت توابع انتقالی خطی در روش شبکه عصبی پس انتشار مشاهده شد. این روش سبب بهبود 3 درصدی پیشبینی ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک گردید. دقت برآورد روش درخت تصمیم، اندک بهتری از روشهای شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بود. بهبود نسبی این روش نسبت به رگرسیون خطی برابر با 4/4 درصد بود؛ اما بیشترین بهبود نسبی در روش فازی عصبی مشاهده شد. این روش سبب کاهش 15 درصدی خطا به نسبت معادلات رگرسیونی خطی گردید؛ لذا این نتایج نشان میدهد که یکی از بهترین روشها در پیشبینی ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاکهای ایران، روش فازی عصبی میباشد.

تعیین شاخص های اجتماعی و فنی- مکانیزاسیون با استفاده از روش منطق فازی و الگوریتم ژنتیک
عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فنی علاوه بر عوامل محیطی، خاک، آب و هوا در عملکرد محصول و موفقیت در کشت آن مؤثر می باشند. اهداف این تحقیق، ارائه دو مدل فازی برای تعیین شاخصهای اجتماعی و فنی- مکانیزاسیون برای محصول گندم آبی و بهینهسازی قوانین و توابع عضویت فازی بود. بر این اساس، دادههای سن، تجربه و سطح تحصیلات کشاورزان به عنوان ورودی های مدل فازی اجتماعی و داده های دسترسی به منبع آب، جاده، سیلو، نیروی کارگری، تراکتور-ماشین ها و همچنین تجهیزات خاک ورزی حفاظتی به عنوان ورودی های مدل فازی فنی-مکانیزاسیون بودند. برای طراحی مدل ها از سامانه استنتاج فازی ممدانی استفاده شد و قوانین آن توسط دانش متخصص مکانیزاسیون نوشته شد. ضریب تعیین شاخص بهدست آمده در مدل فازی اجتماعی و مدل فازی فنی- مکانیزاسیون، قبل از بهینه سازی قوانین فازی به ترتیب 11/0 و 51/0 بدست آمد. مقادیر پس از بهینه سازی قوانین فازی توسط الگوریتم ژنتیک به 50/0 و 71/0 به ترتیب برای مدل های اجتماعی و فنی-مکانیزاسیون افزایش یافت. این نتایج نشان داد که بهینه سازی قوانین فازی تأثیر قابل توجهی بر نتیجه مدل داشت؛ همچنین برنامه ای در نرم افزار متلب برای انتخاب بهترین نوع توابع عضویت در مجموعه های فازی متغیرهای ورودی نوشته و اجرا شد که مقدار ضریب تعیین از 14/0تا 51/0 و از 1/0 تا 73/0 به ترتیب برای مدل های اجتماعی و فنی- مکانیزاسیون تغییر نمود. این نتایج نیز نشان داد که انتخاب نوع توابع عضویت مجموعههای فازی اهمیت بهسزایی در دقت مدل دارد.

نقش ریشه گیاه در انتقال کلرید در خاک تحت شرایط جریان اشباع
منافذ درشت ناشی از رشد ریشه گیاه، مسیرهای آبگذری سریعی را برای انتقال آلایندهها در نیمرخ خاک فراهم میکنند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی کمّی اثر ریشه گیاه بر حرکت یون کلرید در شرایط جریان اشباع در خاک بوده است. بدین منظور آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل ستونهای خاک دستخورده به ترتیب شاهد (بدون ریشه گیاه)، با ریشه گیاه و با ریشه سه ماه پس از برداشت گیاه ذرت بودند. تعداد 9 ستون خاک با بافت شن لومی تهیّه گردید. منحنیهای رخنه کلرید در حالت اشباع و به روش بار ثابت اندازهگیری شد. از مدل جریان تودهای-انتشار (CDE) و مدل روان ساکن (MIM) برنامه کامپیوتری CXTFIT برای شبیهسازی حرکت کلرید در خاک استفاده شد. نتایج آزمایشها نشان داد که تفاوت بین ویژگیهای هیدرولیکی تیمارهای مختلف چشمگیر بود و این تفاوت در سطح 5 درصد معنیدار بود. تفاوت بین پارامترهای انتقال شامل ضریب انتشار آبی املاح (D) و سرعت جریان منفذی (v) در تیمارهای مختلف در سطح 5 درصد معنیدار بود. مقدار پارامتر ضریب انتشار آبی در تیمارهای با ریشه گیاه و با ریشه سه ماه پس از برداشت و به ترتیب 65/2 و 71/3 برابر تیمار شاهد بود. سرعت جریان منفذی در تیمارهای با ریشه گیاه و با ریشه سه ماه پس از برداشت به ترتیب 36/1 و 52/1 برابر تیمار شاهد بود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که منافذ درشت ناشی از رشد و باقی ماندن ریشه گیاه ذرت تاثیر معنیداری بر ویژگیهای هیدرولیکی خاک و انتقال املاح دارد.

ساخت و ارزیابی یک سامانه نظارت همزمان بر پارامترهای عملکردی تراکتور- ادوات از راه دور (RTPM)
برای شناخت و بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای گوناگون بر پارامترهای عملکردی تراکتور- ادوات نیاز به اندازهگیری دقیق متغیرها و تغییرات پارامترها همزمان با اجرای عملیات میباشد. به همین منظور در این تحقیق 9 حسگر متفاوت جهت اندازهگیری دور موتور، سرعت چرخها، سرعت پیشروی، نیروی کششی و مصرف سوخت روی تراکتور 399MF نصب شد. با طراحی واحد پردازش و نرم افزار مربوطه مقادیر پارامترهای عملکردی تراکتور – ادوات تا حداکثر 1000 داده در ثانیه اندازهگیری شده و بصورت آنی و بی سیم به فاصله 5/1 کیلومتر روی کامپیوتر شخصی نمایش و در پایان با فرمت اکسل ذخیره گردید. بعد از نصب حسگرها بطور جداگانه و هم در مجموع برای کل سیستم مراحل تست اولیه، کالیبراسیون و تست نهایی در شرایط مختلف شامل درون کارگاه (قبل از نصب روی تراکتور)، روی تراکتور با چهار چرخ روی جک، روی آسفالت و مزرعه انجام شد. نتایج این آزمایشها برای هر حسگر و در مجموع کل سامانه نشان داد که دورسنجهای دور موتور و سرعت چهار چرخ و سرعت پیشروی واقعی به خوبی و دقیق عمل نمودهاند و بر اساس آنها درصد بکسوات و سرش بطور لحظهای محاسبه شد. با استفاده از جریان سنجهای صوتی با دقت cc/min150 کمترین مصرف مربوط به بیباری و درجا نیز قابل اندازهگیری است. در مورد نیروی کششی نیز کشش سنج تا حداقل 10 نیوتن را آنی اندازه میگیرد. طراحی سیستم بگونهایی است که با کمترین تغییرات بر روی کلیه تراکتورهای مرسوم در ایران قابل نصب است.
