Although many studies have been conducted all over the world, few Iranian soil scientists have shown interests in digital mapping. Therefore, in the present research, different data mining techniques (i.e. regression logistic, artificial neural network, genetic algorithm, decision tree and discriminant analysis) were applied to spatial prediction of great group soils in the area covering of 72000 ha in Ardakan. In this area, by using the conditioned Latin hypercube sampling method, location of 187 soil profiles was selected, which was then described, sampled, analyzed and allocated in taxonomic classes according to soil taxonomy of America. Auxiliary data used in this study to represent predictive soil forming factors were terrain attributes, Landsat 7 ETM+ data and a geomorphologic surfaces map. Results showed that decision tree model had the highest accuracy while it could increase the accuracy of prediction up to 44% in comparison with discriminant analysis technique. Results also indicated using the taxonomic distances led to improving the overall accuracy of decision tree up to 3%. Results confirmed capability of decision tree, artificial neural networks, genetic algorithm, logistic regression, and discriminant analysis with 70%, 65%, 65%, 55%, and 47% accuracy, respectively. Moreover, results showed that decision tree model could predict soil classes in sub-great group with the overall accuracy of 84.2%.}, keywords = {Decision tree,Discriminant Analysis,Logistic Regression,Artificial Neural Networks,Genetic Algorithm}, title_fa = {نقشه‌برداری رقومی کلاس‌های خاک با استفاده از انواع روش های داده کاوی در منطقه ی اردکان استان یزد}, abstract_fa = {در طی سال‎های گذشته پیشرفت‎های گسترده‎ای در زمینه علم نقشهبرداری رقومی خاک شده است؛ بهطوریکه منجر به تولید نقشههای رقومی خاک در سطح ملی و قارهای گردیده است؛ اما به رغم مطالعات بسیار زیادی که در سطح دنیا انجام گرفته است و یا در حال انجام شدن میباشد، تعداد اندکی از خاکشناسان ایرانی به علم نقشهبرداری رقومی خاک علاقه نشان دادهاند؛ لذا در تحقیق حاضر، سعی شده تا از انواع روشهای دادهکاوی  برای پیشبینی مکانی گروههای بزرگ خاک در اراضی به وسعت 72000 هکتار در منطقهی اردکان بهره گرفته شود. در این منطقه بر اساس روش مربع لاتین مکان جغرافیایی 187 پروفیل خاک مشخص شده و سپس تشریح، نمونهبرداری و بر اساس سیستم آمریکایی به شش گروه بزرگ و هشت زیرگروه طبقهبندی شدند. متغیرهای محیطی یا نمایندگان فاکتورهای خاکسازی که در این پژوهش استفاده شدند، شامل ویژگی های توپوگرافی  دادههای تصویر ETM+ ماهواره لندست 2002 و نقشههای پلیگونی از جمله سطوح ژئومورفولوژی، زمینشناسی و کاربری اراضی است. نتایج نشان داد که مدل درخت تصمیم نسبت به سایر مدلها دارای برتری نسبی میباشد؛ بهطوریکه توانسته است دقت پیشبینی گروههای بزرگ خاک را نسبت به روش آنالیز تشخیصی (ضعیفترین مدل) 44% افزایش دهد. در کل نتایج تحقیق، دقت مدلهای درخت تصمیم، شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، ترکیب شبکه عصبی مصنوعی - الگوریتم ژنتیک، رگرسیون لاجیستیک چندجملهای و آنالیز تشخیصی را جهت پیشبینی گروههای بزرگ خاک با دقت کلی 70%، 65%، 65%، 55% و 47%، به ترتیب، تایید کرد. همچنین درخت تصمیم، کلاسهای زیرگروه خاک را با دقت 2/84% پیشبینی نموده است.}, keywords_fa = {درخت تصمیم,آنالیز تشخیصی,رگرسیون لاجیستیک,شبکه عصبی مصنوعی,الگوریتم ژنتیک}, url = {https://agrieng.scu.ac.ir/article_10958.html}, eprint = {https://agrieng.scu.ac.ir/article_10958_1a3cb4b546e20e10c5a9a4c440f18dc2.pdf} }
